Recordings & Notes: When you choose to record a meeting, Noted AI processes the audio automatically to generate transcripts, summaries, action items, and AI Memory features. Noted AI does not listen to, view, or manually review your recordings. No human at Noted AI accesses your audio content.Your recordings are processed only to provide app functionality and are not used for advertising, analytics, or training public AI models.

How Information Is Used: Information is used only to: Provide recording, transcription, summarization, and AI Memory features, Maintain and improve app performance, Provide customer support. Your information is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

AI Processing: All transcription, summarization, and memory features are powered by automated AI systems.Your content is not used to train public AI models, and no human reviews your recordings.

Data Storage & Security: Data is stored using industry-standard security practices: Access to your content is restricted to you. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect against unauthorized access. While no system is completely secure, we take data protection seriously.

Sharing of Information: We do not sell or rent your data. We may rely on trusted service providers (such as transcription or infrastructure providers) to operate the app. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations and may only process data as required to deliver Noted AI features.

Your Choices: You can:Delete recordings and notes within the app. Stop using the app at any time. Deleted content is removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy: Noted AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
