1. Use of the Service
Noted AI provides tools to record conversations, generate transcripts, summaries, action items, and AI-powered memory features. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including consent laws related to audio recording.Y ou are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to record any conversation before using Noted AI.
2. Your Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries, and other content you create using Noted AI (“Your Content”). Processing
Your content is processed automatically by AI systems solely to provide Noted AI functionality. No human at Noted AI listens to or reviews your recordings. No Training or Advertising Use. Your content is not used for advertising and is not used to train public AI models.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
-All activity that occurs under your account.
-Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide.
Noted AI is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
-Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
-Record conversations without proper consent
-Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
-Use the Service to violate the rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
5. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
Certain features of Noted AI may require a paid subscription.Payments are billed through the App Store or applicable platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies (e.g., Apple App Store)
6. Data Storage & Availability
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but you understand that:No system is 100% secure. Temporary interruptions or data loss may occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Termination
You may stop using Noted AI at any time.We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if required by law or if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your ability to access stored content may be limited or removed, subject to applicable laws and retention obligations.
8. Disclaimers
Noted AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not guarantee that:
-Transcriptions or summaries will be error-free.
-AI-generated outputs will be complete or perfectly accurate.
-The Service will meet all of your specific needs
Noted AI is a productivity tool and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noted AI will not be liable for:
-Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Loss of data, revenue, or business
-Issues arising from improper or unlawful use of the Service
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
